1. Enrolment
Enrolment is confirmed once you have registered for a batch and paid the fee, in full or as the first instalment if instalments are agreed. Fee details are shared at the demo lecture or on WhatsApp.
Please attend the free demo lecture before enrolling, so you know the teaching style and course suit you.
2. Fees and refunds
Course fees are not refundable once a course has started. This is why we offer a free demo lecture to everyone before they join.
If instalments are agreed, they must be paid on time to continue attending classes.
3. Batches and changes
We run weekend and weekday evening batches, with new batches starting every month. If you need to move to a different batch, contact us and we will try to arrange it, subject to seat availability.
We may occasionally reschedule a class because of holidays or unavoidable reasons. We will tell you in advance and share the recording.
4. Missed classes and recordings
Every session is recorded and shared with enrolled students. Recordings, notes and course materials are for your personal learning only and must not be shared, sold or uploaded anywhere.
5. Certificate and support
You receive a Stock Classes Pune completion certificate when you finish a course. This is a certificate of course completion only. It is not a SEBI, NISM or government qualification.
Each course includes 3 months of support after it ends, through doubt sessions and messages about course topics.
6. Classroom and online conduct
Please be respectful to the trainer and other students. Sharing stock tips, promoting paid groups or advertising trading platforms in class or in student groups is not allowed, and may lead to removal from the course without a refund.
7. Education only
Our courses are for education only. We do not provide investment advice, tips or recommendations, and we are not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. Please read our Disclaimer.
8. Your responsibility
Any trading or investment decisions you make are your own. Stock Classes Pune is not responsible for any profit or loss from your use of what you learn.
9. Course materials
All course content, notes, templates, recordings and website content belong to Stock Classes Pune. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
