Stock Classes Pune provides share market education and training. Everything on this website, in our classes, recordings, notes, videos, social media posts and messages is for learning purposes only.

2. SEBI registration status

Stock Classes Pune and its trainer, Sharad Gaikwad, are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser (IA) or a Research Analyst (RA).

Because we are not registered, we do not and will not provide investment advice, research reports, stock recommendations, portfolio reviews, or tips of any kind, whether in class, on WhatsApp, on social media or privately.

3. No investment advice or tips

We do not run any Telegram, WhatsApp or other group that shares stock tips, calls, trade alerts or signals. Any group or person claiming to share tips on behalf of Stock Classes Pune is not connected with us.

We teach methods and processes. Whether and how you apply them to your own money is entirely your decision.

4. Risk of loss

Investing and trading in securities, including equity, futures, options and currency derivatives, involves risk, including the possible loss of your entire capital. Derivatives are leveraged, and losses can exceed the amount you put in.

5. Use of market data

In line with SEBI's rules for market education, the price charts, examples and case studies in our classroom lessons, website, videos and materials use market data that is at least 30 days old.

The live market analysis week of the intraday course shows how the market is analysed as it moves. It is for learning only: no buy, sell or hold recommendation is given on any security, and students are never asked to place trades.

Examples, including stock or index names where shown, are used only to explain concepts. They are not views on the future price of any security.

6. No guarantee of results

We do not promise or guarantee any returns, income, profit, accuracy or success from attending our courses. Past examples, including winning and losing case studies, do not indicate future results.

Your results depend on your own decisions, discipline, capital, risk management and market conditions, none of which we control.

7. Reviews and testimonials

Student reviews and testimonials describe individual learning experiences with our courses. They are not claims about trading or investment performance, and we do not publish profit screenshots or P&L statements.

8. Third-party tools and links

We may mention or demonstrate brokers, charting platforms, screeners and other tools in class or on this website. We do not partner with, endorse or receive referral fees from any broker. Using any third-party service is your choice and is subject to their terms.

9. Currency and foreign markets

In India, retail currency trading is permitted only in currency derivatives on recognised exchanges through SEBI-registered brokers. Trading on unauthorised offshore forex platforms may violate FEMA rules, and the RBI maintains an alert list of such platforms.

Any discussion of US or other foreign markets in our classes is educational and is not a recommendation to trade them.
