1. What we collect
When you fill in a form, call or message us, we collect your name, mobile number and anything you choose to tell us, such as the course you are interested in, your preferred language or a message.
If you join a course, we also keep your attendance, the batch you are in and your completion certificate details.
2. How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, confirm your demo lecture and share batch timings and fee details.
To run your course: class reminders, recordings, notes and doubt sessions.
We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we never add you to any tip or trading group.
3. Calls, WhatsApp and email
We contact you on the number or email you give us, only about your enquiry or course. If you ask us to stop, we will.
Messages on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 12 months unless you join a course. Student records are kept for as long as needed to issue certificates and provide support, and to meet legal requirements.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorised access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we limit access to those who need it.
9. Students under 18
Our courses are meant for adults. If a student under 18 joins with a parent or guardian's permission, we collect details only with that permission.
